Be careful about her popping up to get the treat before you say "get it." It looks like she's maybe cueing off of you loading a treat into your hand and then holding your hand a certain way. It's obviously something specific that's signaling her, since she's only popping up when you are indeed about to throw that treat. And her stay as you walk around her is so awesome!
You can practice having her in a sit or down, loading a treat into your hand, and moving your hand around - looking for her to stay planted until you say your marker.
She is good about anticipating my next step. I totally see what you mean. Would you think a longer pause would help since I have to reload treats now/then?
A longer pause between reloading and saying "get it" would help, yes. But break it down by moving slower so that we don't set her up to fail. I can't see exactly what your hands are doing, but you should be able to do whatever you want with the treats in your hand without her bouncing up. :) We know for her that this is not an impulse control issue; it's just clarity about the "rules of the game."
Nice job!!
