Training Plan Week 1
A general note to go with this training plan. I am going to be working really hard on being way more conscious of Waco's signs of struggling with the training. Whether from stress, over working or under stimulated. I am so sensitive to Waco's body language when it comes to other aspects of our life eg around other dogs but have definitely been oblivious at times to what is happening during rally training because I am so up in my own head about what I want to achieve. Your level lecture really hit home with me that I need to be way more cognizant of what Waco is saying as we train.
