In-Home Lesson (90 min)
Service Description
Longer lessons are ideal for far travel and difficult cases. Lessons can be held in-home or at a public location such as a park or pet-friendly store. Southwest Chicago neighborhoods off of i-55 & the west/southwest suburbs are the ideal locations for in-home lessons. Additional travel fees apply: Travel rates are determined from Justice, IL to the location by average traffic based on time of day and are estimated via Google Maps.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the service date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 4 days in advance of the service will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service will not receive a refund. Behavior results: I agree, understand, and acknowledge that exact results regarding the elimination or modification of behaviors are not and cannot be guaranteed. Risk, damages, and vet records: I agree to assume all responsibility for any damage done to property, persons, or other dogs done by Client or Dog's actions that may occur before, during, or after all services provided by Venus and Mars K9 LLC. I assume all risks associated with participating in services provided by Venus and Mars K9 LLC. I myself, and on behalf of my spouse, agents, attorneys, successors, and assigns, hereby covenant and agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Venus and Mars K9 LLC, its directors, officers, agents, employees, contractors, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (the "Releasees") from any and all claims, charges, complaints, liabilities, and obligations of any nature whatsoever, whether now known or unknown, and whether asserted or unasserted, arising from any event, act, or omission by or on behalf of the Releasees during my dog’s participation in Venus and Mars K9 LLC activities. By my signature below, and inconsideration of my dog being allowed to participate in activities associated with Venus and Mars K9 LLC, I am bound by this waiver, and I acknowledge that I have had sufficient opportunity to review the entire Terms and Conditions document and agree to be bound to its terms. For in-person (nonvirtual) services involving multiple dogs: I agree and understand that all dogs participating in any Venus and Mars K9 LLC service must be free of any infectious disease and are current on all appropriate vaccinations, including bordetella, distemper, parvovirus, and rabies.
